myflipbook.ch is an online platform that allows users to publish documents as interactive flipbooks. The service is offered as a free (limited) version and a paid Pro version (monthly subscription).
The user is solely and entirely responsible for the content they publish on the platform. By publishing content, the user declares and warrants that they hold all necessary rights (copyright, image rights, licenses) and that no third-party rights are infringed. DSTec acts solely as a technical hosting provider and cannot be held liable for content published by users.
It is strictly prohibited to publish on the platform any content that violates applicable Swiss law, including but not limited to:

DSTec reserves the right to suspend or delete without prior notice and without compensation any user account in the event of a violation of these terms, particularly in the case of publishing illegal content. Account deletion results in the permanent erasure of all associated data and content. No refund will be granted in the event of deletion for violation of the terms of service. DSTec also reserves the right to report any illegal content to the relevant authorities.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold DSTec harmless from any claims, lawsuits, damages or costs (including legal fees) arising from content they published on the platform or any violation of these terms of service.
DSTec reserves the right, without obligation, to monitor, review and remove any content published on the platform at its sole discretion. The absence of moderation does not constitute approval of published content.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. DSTec does not guarantee permanent service availability and shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption or indirect damage resulting from use of the platform.
DSTec reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
